Refund policy

MOV Bike Accessories (MOV) has the following warranty policy for its products. Please read the ENTIRE warranty policy before contacting MOV Bike Accessories to ensure your claim falls within warranty criteria:

  1. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items.
  2. If the package and the content are damaged during delivery, please contact and report to the participating courier for compensation.
  3. Common wear, such as scratches on aluminum parts where contact with metal screws/washers, is caused by normal use.  Other surface scratches may be caused by regular uses or during installation, are not manufacturing defects and will not be covered by our warranty.
  4. The warranty protects the original customer against manufacturing defects and faults but does not cover issues, problems or damages arising from wear and tear, misuse, modification, improper installation or crash damage.
  5. MOV is not responsible for any damage to bicycles (including paint and/or cosmetic damage), components, or other accessories resulting from the use, improper use, or installation of MOV products. Damage includes, but is not limited to, damage from improper mounting, overloading, or excessive wear due to environmental conditions. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and maintenance of our products.
  6. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it after reviewing your submitted proofs and our confirmation of the defect. A claim must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  7. MOV is not responsible for dropped and lost attachments mounted, fastened, or linked on our products.
