Shipping policy

  • We currently ship to countries on the Country/Region list shown on the checkout page, but we will expand our coverage in the future.
  • We offer flat-rate shipping to Canada and United States addresses.
  • We are currently using Canada Post for ground and air parcels. The latest shipping options and fees will be available on the checkout pages.
  • Customers must provide a correct shipping address and postal code (in applicable countries). We will not refund or replace lost items due to incorrect information.
  • We ship all packages with tracking services. If your package is missing after being delivered to your address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please indicate your buzz number if needed during checkout of your order. 

Lead Time

  • For orders received between Monday and Friday (PST), we will take up to three days to gather parts, pack, label, and ship the package. We will forward the tracking number to buyers immediately after. Transit times will depend on the selected shipping method.
